Message My 93 TT had been sitting for ~4 months in a climate controlled garage. When I had it out last everything was normal; car fired right up, idled perfect and drove great.

Fast forward to last night. I decided to start it up, let it go through a heat cycle and drive it around the block real fast. Gave it a jump and all was well; perfect idle and the Z drove just like I remembered it. Parked it for the night and decided I'd take it for a little cruise again in the morning..

Fired it up this morning and instantly noticed something was a miss. There was a very noticeable low, rough idle like the car was missing badly, and it was smoking more than normal. As the car warmed up the idle became a bit "stronger" like normal, until it began to surge/search for it's idle; something it has never done before. The idle surges down to as low as 200 rpm and up to roughly ~1600 rpm. It's as if there is a vacuum leak somewhere but I find that hard to believe as I cannot hear anything hissing in the bay, and all of my associated vacuum hoses are fairly new/good shape and secured with zip ties.

What is strange is when I create a vacuum leak at the balance tube, the car almost immediately smooths out it's idle, albeit a bit higher than normal, settling at around ~1000-1100. What would be somethings to look into? I'm guessing the car could be running super rich at idle for reason? I have a JWT 850cc program and a stock ecu. No piggyback of any kind at the moment.

Relatively new(OEM everything) PTU, MAF, fuel pump, IACV and air regulator. Car runs and pulls great otherwise. The car was breaking them loose in 2nd from a roll with BC off, just wastegate pressure just a few minutes ago.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
